||Coordinate initial new hire onboarding, including the completion of new hire paperwork, follow up with candidates, and assistance with New Employee Orientation (NEO).
||Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in e3 in timely fashion.
||Responsible for data entry and importing all data and documents for new hires into e3 and P drive.
||Coordinates with other departments regarding onboarding and documentation requirements for all licensure and accreditation requirements and ensures HR records meet these requirements.
||Assists with fingerprinting clearance card requests.
||Responds to audit requests.
||Provides back-up to HR Assistant and front-office duties.
