HR Support Specialist

A. Essential Duties
1. Coordinate initial new hire onboarding, including the completion of new hire paperwork, follow up with candidates, and assistance with New Employee Orientation (NEO).
2. Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in e3 in timely fashion.
3. Responsible for data entry and importing all data and documents for new hires into e3 and P drive.
4. Coordinates with other departments regarding onboarding and documentation requirements for all licensure and accreditation requirements and ensures HR records meet these requirements.
5. Assists with fingerprinting clearance card requests.
6. Responds to audit requests.
7. Provides back-up to HR Assistant and front-office duties.
B. Other Duties
1. Provides back up support to HR Coordinator.
2. Other duties as assigned.
