​Position summary: The Vice President of Human Resources will lead the day-to-day operations of the human resources department and will provide oversight on policies, programs, and practices including planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating, and directing.

Qualifications required: • A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, industrial relations, business management or related field. Master’s degree highly preferred. • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources with progressive leadership experience managing a multi-functional Human Resources department. • Established history of HR management success in a manufacturing environment of 1000+ employees. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage high stress situations while being flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it. • Knowledge of contemporary human principles, practices, and processes. • Knowledge of continuous process improvement concepts and methods. • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate a high performing team. • Proven success as an influential leader and a builder of great teams and company culture. • Knowledge and skill in planning, coordinating, scheduling and administering complex services and project management. • Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to establish good working relationships at all levels of the company. Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and credibility. • Demonstrated ability and skill to use and understand HRIS systems; experience as security master preferred. • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex, highly regulated environment. • Strong MS Office skills to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. • HR Certification highly preferred.
