Team Lead, Talent & Culture

As Team Lead you will lead a team of Talent & Culture Business Partners to develop, implement, and drive the Talent & Culture strategy as part of achieving the company’s talent and culture objectives and the long-term strategic vision. You’ll provide thought partnership and coaching to functional leaders throughout our talent and performance management cycles.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with the Talent & Culture senior management to create and drive an effective people strategy, organization model, talent development strategy, and engaged culture in the largest and most crucial client groups; develop an effective suit of tools and training to effectively deploy talent and culture initiatives
  • Proactively work with the HRBPs to assess business performance, identify gaps, and initiate partnerships to develop Talent and Culture solutions that promote organizational and team member effectiveness
  • Develop and drive the implementation of Talent & Culture strategies and initiatives that align with the business priorities and goals of the company; establish and track key performance indicators to measure progress and success
  • Facilitate the consistent application, implementation, and improvement of Talent & Culture policies, processes, and programs (merit and promotion, planning, performance management, employee relations, career development, headcount planning, etc.)
  • Translate short- and long-term operating goals into Talent & Culture processes, projects, and assignments; integrate and initiate the work with key stakeholders and functional partners to ensure appropriate solutions are delivered to support business strategies
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations matters, and facilitate or conduct effective termination processes when needed
  • Develops an effective employee value proposition and ensures the use of best practice approaches and tools to attract the right talent for the organization
  • Ensure that line managers are effectively and proactively managing staff performance, facilitating appropriate response to serious performance issues, including conducting investigations and corrective performance actions
 
 
What You’ll Bring To The Table
  • Must have at least 7 years of experience in HR with 3-5 years as a strategic level HR Business partner
  • Prior experience in supporting senior leaders in talent initiatives deployment
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with consultant-level customer service and customer management capabilities; ability to deal with ambiguous and fluid situations
  • High degree of written business English; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong coaching, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work across a large, complex organization
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
