People Analytics Specialist

Position Summary:  The People Analytics Specialist helps drive the business through the lens of HR data.  The Specialist will develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards, and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.  Must be able to analyze and present data in a digestible and meaningful way to stakeholders.  This position reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resources.
A. Essential Duties
1. Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards that meet the needs of organization leaders and the Human Resources department.
2. Build report templates for on going reporting requirements such that the process for updating data is streamlined.
3. Respond timely and accurately to ad hoc reporting or data needs.
4. Analyze and present data in a digestible and meaningful way to stakeholders.
5. Assist with ensuring data integrity of all HR systems by making recommendations when data issues are spotted.
6. Assist with auditing of HR data and systems.
7. Effectively communicate with cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions in a timely manner.

D. Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in a field with analytics, statistics and data analysis.  
2. Experience with data management, specifically validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems.  
3. Must possess:
Excellent oral and writing communication skills,
Well-developed critical thinking and analytical abilities, and
Time management, organizational, conflict resolution and judgement skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to build credibility with, and interact with, other departments and leaders.  
5. Proficiency using the MS Office suite, at least intermediate level of excel (ability to use pivot tables), HRIS and applicant tracking system.  Experience with e3 by Datis preferred.  
6. Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.  
7. Must pass a TB test.  
8. This role is a non-driving position. This position is performed at one location and does not require travel to various  locations on a regular basis. May be 18 years of age and no driving experience.
