Recruiting Sourcer

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for open positions.
  • Become familiar with each department, receive staffing requests from departments when they have a need, and select targeted resources for open positions.
  • Participate in creating job postings, interview questions, and other documents used in the hiring process.
  • Primary representative for the company at job fairs.
  • Evaluate recruiting resources, source candidates, and review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program.
  • Schedule and conduct phone interviews, administer testing to candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with Managers and candidates.
  • Provide job offer information to selected candidates.
  • May participate with new employee on-boarding and orientation.
  • Utilize company systems and methods (as well as HR systems and processes) to streamline and expedite the company’s hiring process.
  • Other duties/special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Specific experience sourcing candidates using a variety or resources.
  • Full lifecycle recruitment experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent time management, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner with accuracy.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
