Human Resources Business Partner

Glendale, AZ

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with leadership as a mentor and coach for employee relations, performance management and legal compliance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of State and Federal employment laws and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
  • Assist leadership in conflict resolution and performance management
  • Coach and mentor leaders in employee relations
  • Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
