Junior to Mid-Level Recruiter – Contract to Hire  (Remote)

We are looking for a Junior to Intermediate Level Recruiter to join us on a Contract basis with the possibility of converting to Full-Time in the future.         This is a Remote position that will support recruitment needs in various business units in the US and Canada.
Our preferred candidate will have recruitment training & experience within either a full-cycle agency or corporate talent acquisition organization focused on servicing high-tech companies. This person will work on a variety of job openings such as technical sales, product management, software development, marketing, finance, and other industry specific/niche roles.
What you get to do:
Work within a proven and supportive talent acquisition team performing various assigned tasks including:
  • Source candidates, review resumes, screen and qualify candidates, coordinate interviews, do post-interview follow-up and candidate disposition.
  • Plan and conduct “in-take” and follow up sessions with hiring managers and HRBPs to ensure alignment and clear communications.
  • Manage the candidate flow, tracking and dispositioning of candidates in the ATS.
  • Execute a positive candidate experience by creating excitement about the company and positions as well as through active communication and prompt follow-up.
  • Assist in the hiring decision process by openly discussing with hiring managers and HRBPs the needs, concerns, pros and cons of candidates.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to:
    • Post compelling descriptions of positions on LinkedIn and other “jobs”/social media sites, and review, vet and forward appropriate candidates onto hiring managers.
    • Define the target audience and build a strategy to attract viable and diverse candidates. Often this entails active outreach and cultivating passive candidates.

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on quality over quantity
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in high-tech organizations or agencies focused on tech
  • Proven track record of successfully working remotely
  • Comfort with and active usage of various social media platforms; Microsoft Teams, ATS management
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Energetic, positive, highly engaged, self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Enjoy collaborating in a team environment and also excel at working independently
  • Driven to achieve results
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with an eye for detail, clarity & impact
