HR Director

We are looking for an HR Director who possesses the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field is required. • Minimum five years of human resources experience is required. • Minimum three years of progressive leadership/management experience. • A proven record of recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures. • Ability to maintain a company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development and high performance. • Solid problem solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to work with all levels within the organization. • Energetic with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. • Flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload. • Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, and other position-specific software. • Excellent professional written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills. • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws (ADA, COBRA, EEO, FMLA, FLSA, Arizona Sick Leave).

JOB DUTIES Some job duties include but are not limited to: • Driving consistency in HR approach, practices, and procedures. • Partnering at all levels of the organization from leadership teams to individual contributors, providing consultation and recommendation on employee and business issues. • Responsible for design and implementation of human resource policies and employee handbook. • Manage the employee relations function for the organization. • Responsible for benefits and retirement plan administration and compliance. • Supervise the talent acquisition process. • Manage the performance management system, which includes coordinating the annual reviews. • Managing FMLA, leave of absence, and accommodation request processes. • Responsible for reporting of Worker’s Comp claims and audit completion. • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state and local employment laws. • Responsible for payroll processing.
