As a Manager of Talent Acquisition you'll be responsible for the talent acquisition strategy to attract and acquire top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to execute recruitment initiatives and operate as a trusted business advisor that supports the hiring needs and continued growth of the business. A key focus area in this leadership position will be helping to ensure that optimal and scalable recruitment strategies, processes, and technology are in place will be a key focus area in this leadership position. Our Director helps drive the people strategy of effectively and efficiently building a workforce of highly capable, top-performing talent. Essential Functions
Working with HR Leadership, you’ll develop and execute the company's strategic talent acquisition plan. Partner with leaders in the assigned business unit(s) and/or geographies, including senior-level leaders, to understand the hiring needs to design and execute a recruitment strategy to find the right talent and ability to achieve future growth.
Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual, and intern personnel. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.). Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start. Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of the hiring team, and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire.
Drive innovative sourcing ideas to proactively generate a pipeline of diverse candidate slates, including senior and executive level pipelines. Develop effective partnerships and programs to support pipeline generation. Identify and execute recruitment branding initiatives to attract and engage top talent, serving as a champion of the company and its affiliates as an employer of choice.
Identify and develop leading processes, technology, and overall solutions to improve and enhance the talent acquisition function. Leverage efficiencies and creative solutions to create a positive candidate and hiring leader experience throughout the recruitment process.
Establish and execute compliance oversight, visibility, and reporting to ensure adherence by the larger talent acquisition team to established policies, procedures, employment laws, and regulations, including adherence to OFCCP requirements.
Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and development. Improves customer loyalty by improving services in assigned areas and, focuses on our Leadership standards/AEIOU principles. Immediately investigates and resolves concerns or complaints with assigned services. Personally, manages the appropriate internal follow-up regarding the concern or complaint. Acts as a change agent for patient-focused care in assigned services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience.
PHR/SHRM certification preferred.
3-5 years of Human Resources experience, including significant experience in the design, implementation, and management of talent acquisition programs. Experience in evaluating recruitment plans, reports, and budgets; formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures in partnership with senior leadership, business partners, and clients
