Senior Total Rewards Analyst, Total Rewards

 

What you’ll do:

 

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Total Rewards & HRIS, you will be responsible for the development, administration and support of the company’s compensation and benefits programs. This person will consult HR and Executive Leadership on compensation related projects and analysis. You will be a subject matter expert in the areas of job classification, job description development, pay equity, market benchmarking and FLSA compliance. This person must be able to make informed compensation and benefits decisions that align and support our program design and market position. Success in your role involves a high level of attention to detail and analytical skills, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

You will:

  • Engage with HR and Business Partners to identify current and future compensation needs, researching market trends and analyzing data to develop and ensure the execution of HR/Compensation priorities that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the Annual Compensation Review process and training for the business unit in partnership with human resources.
  • Manage Executive Compensation activities and requests from the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to provide guidance on total compensation solutions.
  • Complete complex analyses to identify issues, provide alternatives, and recommend solutions to business needs.
  • Periodically review and assess pay competitiveness, identifying and recommending appropriate adjustments.
  • Review job classifications, position descriptions and market data to make recommendations with respect to job qualifications and levels in support of company objectives.
  • Administer global benefits programs and provide education to HR and business leaders on employee benefits, including wellness and retirement programs.
  • Work closely with executives and third-party vendors to develop and administer programs in support of company Benefits strategy and objectives.
  • Conduct ad hoc research to benchmark benefits and employee offerings.
  • Develop and shape strong change management plans in support of rewards-related programs and priorities.
  • Support the development and delivery of enterprise-wide rewards training and communications to foster a greater understanding of total rewards.
  • Conduct ad hoc research upon request from HR and other business leaders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

The qualifications you must have:

 

  • 5+ years of proven compensation and benefits analysis experience.
  • BA degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or another related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to compensation and hour compliance.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Experience using MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, time management, and attention to detail.

 

Salary $94K - $135K.
