Position Overview:
Our client, a leading healthcare provider in the region, is seeking experienced and compassionate Physician Assistants to join their primary care teams. This full-time position is ideal for candidates who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and fostering long-term relationships with patients. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions. This role provides an opportunity to engage deeply in primary care, contributing to the well-being of diverse populations across multiple community-focused clinics.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive medical care, including health assessments, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning for patients of all ages.
• Build and maintain long-term patient relationships, offering personalized care to ensure consistency and trust.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and other common primary care concerns.
• Provide patient education and preventive care strategies to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient information, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Participate in community health initiatives and preventive care programs as required. Qualifications:
• Must hold a valid Physician Assistant (PA) certification.
• Active New York State PA license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a primary care or family medicine setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment. • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
